Mother’s Day Out
Pre-School & Pre-Kindergarten
Holy Spirit Mother’s Day Out provides a loving, happy, Christian environment for children to learn in a healthy, caring atmosphere. Christian education is incorporated into our curriculum through daily prayer and weekly Bible class. Music, Art and Computer are also offered. Our classes have a low pupil-to-teacher ratio which enables individualized attention. Our program considers the developmental needs of each child and emphasizes four areas of growth: emotional, social, physical, and spiritual. Our classrooms are child-oriented and the children learn while having fun through hands-on experiences. Our goal is to present a well prepared happy child to his/her teacher when the child enters Kindergarten.
School Year (August through May) Mondays and Wednesdays 8:45 A.M. – 2:45 P.M.
Starting at ages 6 months – 5 years

What to Bring
All classes:
Food: Please send a balanced snack, lunch, and drink. The Babies and Older Babies rooms have a refrigerator and a microwave to heat up food. Unless your child is in one of these rooms, please do not send food that has to be refrigerated or warmed up.
Clothing: Please send a complete seasonally appropriate change of clothing, including socks, in case of accidents. The children will go outside (weather permitting) every day, so dress them accordingly. Please dress your child in clothes that are “diaper friendly.” If your child is being potty trained, please send them in clothing that is easy for them to maneuver, since dressing skills are a part of potty training.
Rest Time: All ages will rest after lunch. Children in the Baby/ Older Baby room rest in cribs and sheets are provided.
No Toys: Please do not send toys to school.
Labels: Please label everything your child brings to school. This includes lunch boxes, thermoses, food containers, jackets, bottles, pacifiers, blankets, etc.

School Hours & Policies
Hours:
Our classes are in session from 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday and Wednesday. The office will be open on Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM during the regular school year. For those students who continue attending in the summer, please be aware of the hour and day change; 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Drop Off & Pick Up

We appreciate your promptness in picking up your child between 2:30 and 2:45 PM. Children will never be released to anyone other than a parent, unless indicated in a written letter by the parent or office has been notified. Individuals other than a parent may be asked for a photo ID. If for some reason you are late, please contact the school office. Messages will be checked throughout the day. There will be a late charge assessed for habitual tardiness in picking up your child.
Admissions & Fees
Admission: Church of the Holy Spirit’s Pre-School and Mother’s Day Out Program will provide developmental and educational opportunities to children 6 months through 5 years old, based on availability, regardless of sex, race, color, or creed.
Mother’s Day Out – Children ages 6 months thru 3 years of age will attend Mother’s Day Out Monday and Wednesday 8:45 AM – 2:45 PM
Tuition and Fees for 2024-2025:
Babies & Older Babies:
- Yearly tuition for two days a week is $2500.00; paid monthly $250.00
- Registration Fee
Toddler I – Toddler III:
- Yearly tuition for two days a week is $2400.00; paid monthly $240.00
- Registration Fee
Pre-School & Pre-Kindergarten:
- Yearly tuition is $2400.00; paid monthly $240.00; Must attend 2 days
- Registration Fee
- Plus, a onetime nonrefundable curriculum fee of $100.00 due with August tuition.
Summer Fees:
- 2 days a week for the entire session is $300.00
